CertifiedDevs is an independent commercial entity connecting verified technical talent with top-tier employers through a strict "Verify, Then Publish" protocol. By adding a manual administrator approval layer, we move from a standard job board to a Managed Talent Pool, eliminating resume fraud and keyword "noise".
1. Package & Pricing (Annual Subscriptions)
All packages are billed per year and do not auto-renew. Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the moment of payment.

- Standard Job Post: $99 for 30 days. Extend for 30 days for $49.

2. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Verification & Quality Control
- Are all certifications on a profile verified? Yes. We manually verify every single certification link, validation ID, or issuer path. A developer is only searchable for a technology if they hold a verifiable credential.
- Are these all "official" certifications? We list both official vendor certs (AWS, Microsoft, etc.) and third-party certs. While the value of a specific cert is up to the employer, we vet the certifying organization to ensure its validity.
- What if a link is not working? If a certification link is broken or cannot be verified, it will be removed from the profile to maintain data integrity.
- Can I make changes to my profile? Yes. However, every change to your Bio, Rate, or Certifications triggers an "Edit Lock". The fields revert to Pending and require admin approval before becoming live again.
Subscriptions & Billing
- How long is my subscription valid? All subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
- Is my subscription auto-renewed? No. We do not support auto-renewal; you must manually renew to maintain access.
- Can I cancel my subscription? Yes. You may cancel at any time, but we do not offer refunds. The subscription will automatically end at the conclusion of your 12-month term.
Visibility & Privacy
- I found a job; how do I make my profile invisible? Simply select the "Unavailable" status in your dashboard to be removed from search results.
- Is my data safe? Yes. We do not share your data outside of the platform.
- Where are you based? CertifiedDevs is based in the European Union. Our servers are also located in the EU.
- Are you GDPR compliant? Yes. We adhere to all GDPR regulations, and you can request the permanent removal of all your data at any time.
3. Operational Standards
- Standard SLA: 72 hours for profile/edit approval.
- Priority SLA: 24 hours for paid priority reviews.
- The "Gatekeeper" Rule: No link/ID = No approval. No developer can type free-form skills; they must select from a supported list and provide proof or request a certification to be added.
